Damaged Shipments

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Unlike smaller purchases, appliances are delicate and have many parts that are sensitive to rough handling. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If there is damage refuse the delivery and make a note on the delivery receipt. The appliance will be replaced. Please note that shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. After products have been signed for, you accept that the product does not have transportation damage, you may therefore not return the product for transportation damage at a later stage. 

Defective Merchandise 

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly.

It is important that you install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery that is not due to shipping damages, please contact customer support within as soon as possible , within 7 days of receiving the item.


Missing Parts

Please also check for missing parts, as these are only covered within the first 48 hours upon delivery receipt. Please contact the manufacturer directly to order any missing parts. 

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs:

Appliance Online does not refund products, unless they are faulty or damaged.

All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online accredited warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. A credit note will be issued on your account. We do not refund payments. 

Returns process

When returning a purchase, please make sure it is unused and in the original packaging. Also enclose any free gifts you may have received with it.

Please note that returns after the 7 day period will only be possible for damages/ faults covered under the specific warranty by the Brand for that product. If your item is defective after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product information. always goes according to the manufacturer warranties and policies, and will assist in replacing faulty products.

How do I return a purchase?

Please send an email to: within 7 days of receiving the item. Information to include in the email:

  • Name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number during the day
  • For cosmetic damages (scratched, dents etc): Please attach a photograph of the damage

For faults: Please give a detailed description, please note that even though we may accept your return, the supplier has the right to test the product before refunding the product and if no faults are found the item may be returned to you.
